We offer a variety of paper options, including Luster, matte,and metallic finishes using Epson and Hahnemuhle fine art papers.

Do you offer custom framing?
Yes, we offer a custom framing service

What Colour Space is best ?  
We recommend that you send your images in either RGB or sRGB colourspace. 

What resolution is best?
We recommend that you send images saved at 300dpi

What file type should be sent?
Please send in the either Tiff, jpeg or PSD file types

Do you edit images?       
We offer a direct to print service and do not alter your images that are sent.

How long does it typically take to print a photo?
We try to print your photo orders same day or next day.

Can I pick up my prints or do you offer shipping?
You can either pick up your prints from our Westgate store or have them shipped to you
using track and trace courier.

What is the quality of your prints?
We use very high-quality Epson Giclee printers and and print through ColorGate RIP software to ensure that your prints have the highest quality and colour accuracy.

Can I choose my own frame and matting?

Yes, you can choose your own frame and matting from our selection instore or from our online selection.

Do you offer custom matting?
Yes, we offer custom matting to match your photo and frame.

How long does it typically take to frame a photo?
Our turnaround time for picture framing is typically 3-4 days.
