Frequently Asked Questions

• Go to Photo Printing in the top menu
• Choose the size you want to print
• Choose your paper type for your printed photos
• Click Upload to select your image for printing - you can upload your image by choosing a file from your computer or from a social media account or your Google Drive or Dropbox.
• You can also optionally crop your image at the correct aspect ratio for the size you chose. 
• Pay attention to the instructions on screen if you wish to change your print orientation to landscape.
• Click Add to add your image to your order.
• You can upload multiple images to be printed for a particular size, just make sure to increase the quantity box to match the number of images you've uploaded.
• Click Add to Cart and either add other sizes for printing or checkout and submit your order for processing.

We use very high-quality Epson Giclee printers and and print through ColorGate RIP software to ensure that your prints have the highest quality and colour accuracy.

We can print photos on our range of photo and fine art papers and canvas. we print everything from fun holiday snaps to photographic prints for art exhibitions.

We offer a wide range of print sizes to suit your needs, from small 6x4 inch prints to large A0 size posters.

We offer a variety of paper options, including luster, matte, ultra smooth and cotton rag finishes using Epson, Ilford and Hahnemuhle fine art papers.

You can also print your photos on canvas.

We recommend that you send your images in either RGB or sRGB colourspace, and upload your images saved at 300dpi for high quality results.

Please upload images as either Tiff, jpeg or PSD file types.

We offer a direct to print service and do not alter your images that are sent

Yes, we offer a custom print and framing service which allows you to print a photo and choose a frame at the same time.

Photo Print & Frame Packages

• Click Print & Frame from the top menu.
• The rest of the process is the same as Photo Printing above except you also have the option to select standard or non-reflective glass. You can add more than one image for framing.
• If you don't see the frame size or style you require, contact us for a custom quote.
• You can also choose to include photo printing with your frame order by adding the frame to your cart and then adding the photo printing product to your cart as well.

If you can see exactly the frame size you need you can choose the product in Custom Framing and purchase. if you want a custom frame, give us a call and let's chat so we can give you a personal quote.

Yes, you can choose your own frame and matting from our selection instore or from our online selection.

Yes, we offer a selection of custom matting to match your photo and frame on request.

Or we can deliver anywhere in New Zealand using track and trace courier if you prefer.

We try to print your photo orders same day or next day, however, depending on your order (does it include custom framing, or special requests, etc?) it may take 3-5 days for your order to be ready.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days.
